Sales of existing homes recorded in DVF since January 2021 (one sale = one home), town by town. Type yours: price per m², change since the peak, rank, apartments and houses; then follow it from page to page, from the price cycle to mortgages, budgets and incomes.

Data: DVF sales from January 1, 2021 to June 30, 2026 (latest 12-month prices: July 2025 to June 2026) · Notaires-INSEE indices · Banque de France mortgage rates · ANIL 2025 rents · INSEE Filosofi incomes.

The real Plume Power BI visuals, running in your browser with the report's data, premium ★ features included. Type your town on the cover: it stays highlighted in vermilion on every page.

On a phone, turn your screen sideways or open the report full screen, where the town search is full size.

Share your town · Once you pick a town, this page's address includes it (?commune= followed by the INSEE code): copy it and the link reopens the report on the same town.

Behind the scenes

How this report was built

This is a Power BI report: all its charts, KPI cards and slicers are Plume visuals (apart from the small locator map in tooltips), the same ones you add to your own reports. They share a single style setting (Format › Style) and one set of custom colors, so the whole report is styled in one move. Your town is never a filter that empties the others: it is highlighted, in the swarm of its department's towns, on the lines, in the rankings. The Power BI file (.pbix) offered above is built the same way, with the same visuals.

How to read the prices

The price is the median sale price divided by floor area, over the latest 12 months available: never half a year against a full year. A town gets a price only from 20 sales, and a change only from 50 sales in each period; below that, the report says so rather than show a fragile number. No buying or selling advice: the report describes, it doesn't judge.
