VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French tax code): the price shown is the price you pay, whatever the tier and your country.

FAQ
How do I choose between Personal, Small business and Enterprise?
It depends on the number of users, meaning everyone who creates, edits or views a report containing the visual: designers and viewers alike. Personal: up to 10 users (individual, freelancer or small team). Small business: 11 to 200 users. Enterprise: more than 200. The name in the key can be shown discreetly in the visual.
What happens after one year?
We email you 30 days and then 7 days before the end. Renewal is never automatic: you renew in one click from your account, and the new year starts when the previous one ends (no day lost). Your key is still accepted for 30 more days after the end date. Without renewal, your reports keep working: only premium features show a watermark again.
Does the visual contact your servers?
Never. The key is cryptographically signed and checked offline inside the visual. This is a Microsoft certification requirement.
I'm a consultant delivering reports to clients: which license?
The key is stored in the report, so it travels with the report to your client. The end client needs their own license (at the tier matching their number of users) in their name. Contact us for a consultant rate.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Every purchase creates an invoice you can download from your account, in the name of the person or organization. If you buy for an organization, you can enter its VAT number: it appears on the invoice. No VAT is charged (art. 293 B of the French tax code): the price shown is the price you pay.
Can I upgrade to the full catalog later?
Yes. Contact us: we deduct what you already paid for individual visuals from the catalog price.
Do I have to change the key in my reports at every renewal?
Yes: the key is checked offline (a Microsoft certification requirement), so each year has its own key. It is in your account and sent by email; paste it in the “Plume Studio License” card of the Format pane, replacing the old one. You have 30 days of leeway after the end date.
